Greetings, IGDA and other members of the game industry,

Our hearts go out to the people affected by misconduct, harassment, and abuse within our industry. The IGDA published our own response to the Activision-Blizzard lawsuit and allegations, which you can read here, and we would like to remind all developers of the resources we offer to support you through these difficulties, including our Chapters and SIGs, and the creation of new resources like our Guide for Game Companies: How to Create and Sustain a Positive Work Culture whitepaper.

We hope you had a wonderful GDC and are looking forward to enjoying devcom and gamescom! We are proud to be partnering with devcom on the Global Industry Game Awards, which will be featured at 5:30pm GMT on 27 August 2021 as devcom’s grand finale.
