Pathfindin.gs was a three day celebration of and collaboration with game developers in the Global South from 10-12 November. This conference, in partnership with MeetToMatch, aimed to elevate and give a platform to otherwise marginalized voices, breaking down the barriers that currently exist, and making opportunities accessible for everyone.

Pathfindin.gs’ talks had over 750 live viewers and the event brought together over 380 developers and hundreds of studios to support game developers from the Global South. The three day conference touched on development practices, culture, heritage, diaspora and decolonization with developers and the community from global south speakers who deserve to be celebrated. It was hosted on MeetToMatch with presentations streamed by IGDA on Twitch and YouTube.
