Firstly, I would like to announce that the IGDA has officially launched the new IGDA Mentorship Platform powered by PeopleGrove for IGDA Mentors and Mentees. We’re very excited about this new platform and how it will facilitate strong connections and impactful mentorship experiences. If you’re interested in mentoring game developers within our global community, please join the platform and sign up as a Mentor for the IGDA Global Mentorship Program. Next week, we’ll be inviting our IGDA Mentees to the platform and will continue the match-making process for those currently in queue for our Global Mentorship Program.

I also wanted to highlight the Mobile Insights Report by Google – this is a great resource that contains valuable insights into the mobile game player base in various regions. These insights can help studios build upon their player engagement and user experience strategies so they stay ahead of the curve when it comes to emerging trends in mobile gaming.

As a final reminder, IGDA is partnering with Women in Games (WIGJ) for the Stream for Ukraine event, which kickstarts a 24-hour charity stream to support those affected by the ongoing war.
