Today we announced a partnership between the IGDA and the Interactive Audio Special Interest Group of the MIDI Manufacturers Association (MMA) to relaunch the IGDA’s Audio Special Interest Group. For 26 years, the IASIG has served the game audio community with development of specifications, game audio education guidelines, mobile audio guidelines, free online resources and more. Whether you’re a sound designer, composer, audio educator, audio programmer or have a general interest in game audio, the IGDA Audio SIG is the place for you.

Join the IASIG’s Online Town Hall Meeting
The 26th annual IASIG Town Hall Meeting will be held online via an IGDA Twitch broadcast. IASIG will provide status updates on activities within the MMA organization during the past year (including the adoption of MIDI 2.0, the biggest advance in MIDI in 37 years) as well as a conversation on the partnership with the IGDA.
