The IGDA LocSIG is happy to announce that Katrina Leonoudakis will join us for our next live AMA about localization engineering!
Katrina Leonoudakis is a Japanese to English localization specialist focused on audiovisual media. Her translation work has been featured on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Crunchyroll.
She has an MA in translation from Kent State University. As a localization coordinator for SEGA of America, she worked on numerous video game titles, including Persona 5 Royal, Sonic Colors Ultimate, and the Yakuza series.
Currently, she coordinates the dubs of TV and streaming titles into 30+ languages, while living in Orange County, California with her husband and two blind cats.
