Greetings, IGDA and other members of the game industry,

We here at the IGDA are wishing you a cozy September! Our newest Developers Satisfaction Survey results will be coming out next week, so please stay tuned to learn more about the state of our industry and the efforts we need to make to ensure its forward progress.

Our GIGA (Global Industry Game Awards) show was hosted on the 27th of August and we hope you will join us in congratulating all of the winners and nominees! These peer determined awards celebrate the contributions of discipline teams and individuals uplift developers for their efforts like no other currently running award series.

Finally, please be sure to join us on the 27th of September at 4pm GMT for the IGDA Annual General Meeting on IGDA’s Twitch channel. In this meeting, the Executive Director (that’s me!), IGDA staff, and Board of Directors will review the progress of the IGDA over the last year and discuss our plans and goals for the next year. The end of the meeting, we will take questions and commentary from our membership. We hope that you can join us!
