The International Game Developers Association (IGDA®), the largest global non-profit organization serving individuals who create games, is adding a new position to its core team! With the help of independent game recruiter Rocket Recruiting, the IGDA is starting to identify top job candidates for its open Partner and Member Relations Manager role.

As part of the IGDA organization, the Partner and Member Relations Manager joins a small, agile team to support the aspirations and needs of individual game developers worldwide. This position serves as a point of contact between the IGDA and its members, partners, sponsors, and affiliates, fostering positive, long-term relationships. This role will oversee membership support and communications, partner and sponsor fulfillment, assisting with event planning, fundraising and execution, and supporting the IGDA’s diversity initiatives.

The Partner and Member Relations Manager will also work closely with the Executive Director and the Director of Operations on member acquisition and retention, fulfillment of partner benefits, strategic plans for fundraising and marketing, and creation of programs to help IGDA Chapters and SIGs support their communities and promote the benefits of IGDA membership.
