This template is a 14 page document that can used to create a human resources policy guidebook for your studio and to review your current policy coverage to ensure you are addressing all important topics regarding the health, effectiveness, and well-being of your employees and studio.

This template has been reviewed by human resource, business management, and other leadership professionals within the game industry. It is the first in a series of resources that will dive more deeply into how to create positive, safe, and healthy studio culture. The creation of such resources is just one step we are taking to help improve the sustainability, diversity, and accessibility of the game industry.
