IGDA Launches Special Interest Group Coordinator Program
13 Aug 2020The IGDA is excited to announce the launch of its Special Interest Group Coordinator Program. IGDA SIGs and their leaders allow all of our IGDA communities to support and empower game developers around the world. This program is designed to increase the support resources available to the leaders of its 30+ Special Interest Groups.
IGDA SIG Coordinators oversee a subset of IGDA SIGs, meeting virtually with SIG leadership, other SIG Coordinators, and IGDA Staff to provide updates, celebrate successes, problem solve, escalate, and help to ensure a successful SIG community.
Joining the program for development and launch are: Alexander Bevier (US), Christopher Lautenbacher (US), Natasha Skult (Finland), and Jess Zammit (Australia).
More details regarding the program will be made available to SIG leaders in upcoming weeks.
